Donate Home Furnishings

FLY conducts bi-annual home furnishings drives with the goal of securing enough items to furnish a complete home for one youth transitioning from child welfare each drive. The type of furnishings that are suitable for donation include new or gently-used couches, chairs, tables, side tables, lamps, dishes, cutlery, glassware, televisions, artwork, accent pillows, throws, and blankets.

Please contact us to arrange for pick up or drop off of your donated items.

Volunteer Time & Services

If your company can provide logistical services like warehousing, transportation, or installation, and you would like to partner with us on furniture drives, fundraising events and home set ups or start a branch of FLY in your own city, please contact us to find out how we can work together.

Give Cash Donations

Cash donations can be made through the Children’s Aid Foundation of Canada website, where we have a FLY fundraising page set up and the funds are earmarked for the purchase of furniture and home accessories for youth transitioning to independent living through FLY.
